You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity. You must not introduce malicious code, interfere with security, access restricted systems, impersonate another person, misuse customer information, or use automated methods to extract Site content without authorization.

We may refuse or restrict access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, our systems, or the rights of others.

Vintage Club Clothing acquires existing garments through secondary-market channels and resells them individually. Each standard listing represents one physical item held in our inventory, with one individual unit available. Once the exact item is sold, it normally cannot be restocked or replaced with an identical piece.

The photographs on each standard product listing show the exact item offered for sale. We inspect and measure each piece by hand, document its condition, provide a recommended fit, and inspect the exact item again before shipping.

Where expressly identified, a listing may describe original vintage deadstock, a repaired item, a reworked item, or VCC-created merchandise. Any such category is governed by the description and disclosures shown on that specific listing.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product photographs, measurements, condition notes, prices, and availability are accurate. Measurements are taken by hand, so small variations may occur. Screen settings, lighting, and photography may also affect how colors appear.

Authentic vintage clothing has a previous history and may show age-related wear, fading, cracking, marks, repairs, alterations, fabric variation, or other characteristics consistent with a used garment. Material condition issues identified during inspection are photographed or described in the listing.

Tag sizing can differ from modern sizing. Customers should use the listed measurements and recommended fit rather than relying only on the original size tag.

Vintage fabrics, stitching, prints, dyes, elastic, trims, and decorations can react differently to wear or cleaning because of their age and history. Customers are responsible for using care methods appropriate for the specific garment.

Adding an item to a cart or wishlist does not reserve it. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we confirm that the item remains available.

Prices, promotions, availability, and Site features may change without notice. We may correct a clear pricing, description, or technical error and may cancel or refund an affected order when reasonably necessary.

We may refuse, verify, limit, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment concerns, incomplete or incorrect information, shipping restrictions, legal requirements, inventory errors, or misuse of the Site.

Orders cannot be cancelled after checkout. We process and ship orders twice per day, every day. Orders enter fulfillment immediately so they can reach you as quickly as possible. Please confirm the item, measurements, payment details, and delivery address before completing checkout.

Because nearly every vintage item is one of one, an exact replacement or traditional exchange is normally impossible. When available, we may help identify a similar item, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Brand names, team names, league names, event names, character names, logos, and other marks appearing in product titles, descriptions, photographs, collections, or search tools are used to identify and describe the original vintage item offered for resale.

Vintage Club Clothing is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by any referenced rights holder unless expressly stated. Third-party trademarks, copyrights, logos, characters, and other protected rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Our original Site text, product photography, graphics, layout, and other VCC-created content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal personal shopping use, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from that content without permission.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of reviews, messages, photographs, contest entries, suggestions, and other content you submit. Submitted content must not infringe another person's rights, contain malicious code, impersonate another person, or be unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or obscene.

When you submit content for public display, such as a review or social-media contribution, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, format, and display that content for store operation and promotion. You retain ownership of your original content.

We may moderate or remove submitted content when reasonably necessary, but we are not required to publish or respond to every submission.
